Confirmed from Metedeconk Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Metedeconk Preserve
Small but nice. Certainly not a great adventure but you can walk a couple of miles. Very little parking but not many people so I think you can always find a spot
Small, preserve. 2 trails, with streams. Can be a little soggy beginning Silver Stream Trail, get thru that and it's very nice.
Very peaceful but the middle of the trail kinda feels like the titanic.

The practical stuff

- SurfaceBoardwalk — flat and scenic, and slick when wet, so watch your footing
