We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of MILL 180 PARK yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Scenic

Relaxed indoor space featuring faux grass, foam building blocks, giant games, craft beer and a cafe.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“The view is gorgeous, the music today has been french of some genre, and the bloody mary, just perfect.”

Beautiful indoor space. A fantastic place to bring kids on a rainy or cold afternoon. Take off your shoes and walk through the fake grass. Play games. Get snacks. The staff is really great, and this place is unique. I've never seen anything quite like it. The whole thing has a relaxed, open vibe.

Our #1 favorite place to go on a cold or raining day. Its warm, welcoming, and a blast for little ones. Definitely try their cider mimosas and the homemade ricotta honey toast. Its the best. They are priced very reasonably. We just had lunch here and filled our bellies for $15, and that included our drinks!

It is a great place to bring the family when you are having cabin fearer. I see a lot of posts saying they aren't kid friendly as they "scold" kids who are climbing on things they shouldn't. My kids have never been yelled at by the any staff their, then again I don't let they climb all over things they shouldn't.

My 3 year old daughter loves this place and the staff are great people, if not always folksy. We've been coming at least once a week since they opened a year-and-a-half ago. She loves playing with the blue Adventure Playland blocks and the giant Connect Four, and interacting with the many kids she sees there.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
