Confirmed from Mill Creek and Bennington Lake Recreation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“There are well maintained hiking, biking, and equestrian trails.”
“Beautiful trail with views along a scenic canal and small dam leading to a roundabout trail with expansive views of a lake.”
“Nice trails (some dog-friendly), helpful maps at the lot, good views”
Great place for families, dogs, children. Picnic area and playground with restrooms. Lots of walking trails. Very clean. Can wade into river and swim. Love it, will be back very soon.
I enjoy very long walks, even alone. Scenery and the scent of certain trees/shrubs smell like heaven.
Best place to go for hiking close to Walla Walla. Paved and gravel bike paths on levees, dam, and around lake. Rooks Park located near end of North side levee. Good place to see animals. Ducks, geese, otters and mink (rarely), white pelicans, kingfishers, hawks, egrets, herons, muskrat, songbirds.
Nice trail, but my god I've never seen so much dog waste along a trail before. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that every 15 feet there's a pile of **** that these dog owners couldn't be bothered to pick up. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
