Confirmed from Mill Creek Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Dog-friendly greenway featuring a play area for canines, as well as paved walkways and benches.
What runners say about Mill Creek Greenway
“visited summer 2022 Complete with a large dog park and stream nearby, this greenway is pretty long and well maintained.”
“Beautiful place to take a walk as long as there hasn’t been much flooding recently!”
“25 ~05:10 arrived and parked at the Miller Creek Dog Park & Greenway; timed for a walk in the nice cool weather while it lasts this morning before that 88°F high kicks in later!”
This is an awesome little trail, perfect for the whole family. It was pretty empty at 9:30 this morning so me and my dog really enjoyed it.
A little far from home but great scenery. Fenced in dog area is what prompted us to go. Our Princess loved the open area. However the do need to increase the landscaping efforts to keep the grass low in this wooded area def dont want to worry about finding a suprise anything in an area fro small dogs.
Love it! The trail is 1.1 miles and has a dog park. Its located near other sidewalks so you can easily make a 4 to 5 mile loop when walking or jogging.
Love taking my dog on this trail and to the dog park, he really enjoys his trips to see all his friends.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
