Confirmed from Mill Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Mill Creek Park is one of my favorite places to relax, walk, or just enjoy some quiet time in nature.”

Mill Creek Park is always a serene, beautiful environment in which to walk, run, or read. I took one of my many books and used the natural shade to read. There were many others quietly enjoying music, pictures, and each other's company.

Mill Creek Park is an excellent place to frequent. During the warmer parts of the year the fountain in the park is active. The park has a 3/4 mile circular track with approximately 100 feet of elevation. There is also a workout station with a pull-up bar and other pieces of equipment.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 8 mentions

“The park has plenty of green space for picnics or playing with kids, and there are benches if you just want to sit and enjoy the view.”
