Confirmed from Mine Falls Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Loop trail for walking, running and biking near a dam and some falls.
What runners say about Mine Falls Trail Head
“We escaped the recent heat wave by meandering around the loop trail under the protective shade cover of beautiful old growth trees.”
A surprisingly peaceful oasis in the middle of urban Nashua! We escaped the recent heat wave by meandering around the loop trail under the protective shade cover of beautiful old growth trees. The park is perfect for walking, running, biking & bird watching.
Great trails for walking and biking. From the falls at the north end of the trailhead all the way ti downtown these trails have lots of space and quietness. Very clean. Very safe. Enjoyable non challenging and well maintained trails.
Beautiful spot for a trail run! You have nice views of the water the whole way. Can really do up to about 5 miles if you do the full loop but you can make it 2 miles, 3 miles, etc depending on what bridge you turn around at. Trail is paved in some spots but mostly dirt and gravel.
Nice entrance to the mine falls trail system. This entrance is near the YMCA and the water treatment area just after the skate park.
