Confirmed from Lovewell Pond Yudicky Farm - Conservation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Network of trails, with a lake and statues in the parklike setting around a pond.
What runners say about Lovewell Pond Yudicky Farm - Conservation Area
“Very peaceful, and well kept.”
“We've only done the loop around the pond, but it's a beautiful, conveniently located nature walk.”
It is a fantastic place to mountain bike. I give it 4.5 stars. It has trails for all skill levels. The only problem is that things are not marked well enough and maps of the area are few and far between. It would be nice to know how to go. And which direction it is best to travel.
Great walking trails and beautiful view of the lake! The main trail is paved and there are wooded trails that offshoot the main trail. Be sure to wear long sleeves and insect repellent & watch out for deer ticks.
It's unique for a city the size of Nashua to have so many green spaces. Greeley Park has been around for decades and is linked to the inner city, while Mine Falls is centrally located with multiple access points close to the Turnpike.
The water had ducks and other animals. I would show you, but it won't allow video. The statues are interesting and depending on which route you take it can lead to some interesting things. If you are looking for a nice trail to walk while in daylight, I recommend here!
Trail conditions & character
“Older walkers might feel more comfortable on the paved paths along Lovewell Pond and heading north from the Dog Park.”
“The trails are well marked, though I did not find a map of the trail system posted near the parking lot or along the trails.”
“We've only done the loop around the pond, but it's a beautiful, conveniently located nature walk.”
“The single track is fun, but watch for people going the other way.”
“Older walkers might feel more comfortable on the paved paths along Lovewell Pond and heading north from the Dog Park.”

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
