This place is great for running and for just a casual walk. Beautiful all times of the year.
Absolutely breathtaking trails, full of skinny, over-grown trails. Lots of berry varieties growing! I had the pleasure of seeing 4 owls while here. The trails are a very easy walk with lots of different paths. The only downside is that this is in a residential area at the end of a dead-end street with no parking.

The City of Olympia acquired the land in the 1990s–2000s to preserve open space instead of housing development, so you get a peaceful habitat for birds and wildlife right in town.
Great park for a walk or jog, a quick bike ride, or taking the dog for a stroll. Undeveloped with well-maintained trails and quite a bit of wildlife for being so urban.
