Confirmed from Mission Hills Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Mission Hills Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (68 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

Great park with a good greenspace and playground. There is the most picturesque tree proudly displayed in the middle of the park. Good trail access. Avoid when there is a lot of rain, it tends to be a little wet.

★★★★☆ — Joshua , Oct 2018

Good playground for the kids. Has a baseball diamond and a good sized field. 2 pokestops and a gym. Walking paths sometimes flood after heavy rain or while the snow is melting.

★★★★★ — Platyben , Jul 2022

Great place for short walk/run or several laps with or without your 2 legged children or fur babies!

★★★★★ — Airam , Jun 2025

Excellent play area for kids. Open field for games. Trails around park or to neighborhoods and on

★★★★★ — Timothy , Jul 2019

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚰 Water fountains

“No spinning rides sadly nor is there a drinking fountain that I see”
