Confirmed from Mohawk Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sprawling park with hiking & walking trails, plus a zoo, The Oxley Nature Center & a golf course.
What runners say about Mohawk Park
“Keep it clean Tulsa, pick up after yourself.”
“Beautiful area and animals well taken care of.”
Peaceful place in nature with tons of birds and deer as well as fish and turtles in the reservoir. The trails are easy to identify and very secluded. It does get muddy and wet after rain though, some trails become impassable but they do a good job of keeping the trails clear.
The park is maintained very well. Staff on site are extremely friendly and helpful. It's a great place to bring your family or even take a solo stroll down one of the many hiking trails!
Water Park here is super awesome! Cute animal statues that are part of the water sprayers (like 2 are for cute pics imo!) and the toys plus a rock wall is right next to the water toys!
Trail conditions & character
“During heat season better views through glass in the exhibitions will be better since the animals looks for shelter.”
