Confirmed from Monarch Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Local recreation area with a playground, picnic areas, barbecue grills, trails, and a public restroom.

It is a small park but with enough space for various activities by the children. The children's play area is very well designed. The trail that runs at the back of the park is well designed and maintained. It links up with the other park. Ground is well maintained.
Smaller park with good grass fields for sports games. Play structures are geared for ages 5-12 and then slightly younger. There’s access to a little walking trail front the playground along with tables for hosting gatherings. Reservations are needed.
This is a nice neighborhood park with picnic areas and a playground. There are trails that lead into it as well as an ample parking lot. There are even clean restrooms and a large grassy area.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
