Confirmed from Monte Irvin Orange Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Pleasant for a leisurely walk. It's not a fancy park with lots of flowers, but it's very green, with a lot of grassy lawn and large trees that provide shade. There's a roomy, concrete path to make a circular walk, and we saw many squirrels and birds on the lawn, as well as several ducks a family of geese - with…

About 2 weeks ago while in the park with other parents and other people watching our children practice football, there was a loud noise and before anyone could tell where it was coming from, a hugh section of a tree came crashing down in a clearing that we usually sat under.

Great park, really nice walking/running paths. Has archery, tennis, basketball... I don't know much about the amenities but it is beautiful.

The section of the park that I was at was clean and it was good to see families out with their kids playing and eating together. I saw ducks in the pond as well as on the walk way. It was clean and the air was refreshing.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 9 mentions

“We brought our coloring books and paint 🎨 The only thing I didn’t care for were the dog owners that didn’t have their dog on a leash.”
