Confirmed from Mount Fitzgerald Mountain Bike Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mount Fitzgerald Mountain Bike Trails
“Amazing trails, climbing opportunities and beautiful views.”
This is accessible at Bayarri park. Miles of great trails for hiking/biking for all skill levels. Some wonderful views as well.
Great little nature experience on the outskirts of town. I've just hiked the trails, but this place would be a mountain bikers dream. It has easy up to difficult trail systems.
Great hiking trail. Not crowded at all and very well marked. It was beautiful on a cold winter day. My dog loved it. Absolutely amazing trail.
Mount Fitzgerald is one of our favorite places to ride. It is never overly crowded and offers both tech and fast flowy trails to choose from. One of the coolest trails is "The Best Trail Ever." If you love mountain biking and haven't been there, you need to, and decide for yourself.

The practical stuff
- AccessHours vary — hours are not posted for this trail, so check before an early or late run
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
