Confirmed from Narrows Cascade & Heritage Trail access point's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Narrows Cascade & Heritage Trail access point
I was skeptical about going here because there were no reviews. To my surprise I was happy I went, nice walking trail along the creek with a couple of nice waterfalls. Brought my dog with me. A few other people with dog's on the trail.
Hiked in the summer. Easy hike with many little trails towards the middle. Trail is well marked in the beginning but lacking towards the end.
A wide, soft, unimproved trail that provides a decent view of the barrier waterfall and a section of the stream in the gorge
Trail conditions & character
“The viewing is done at a steep side wall of the dam and while you can get very close to the waterfall, its difficult to get an unobstructed view.”
