Confirmed from Nonotuck Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Outdoor green space featuring playgrounds, baseball fields and tennis courts, plus a pool.
What runners say about Nonotuck Park
“In conclusion, Nonotuck Park stands out as a shining example of a well-maintained, family, and pet-friendly park.”
Interesting park, very cool and neat. I love the walk ways and paths, they all connect really way… just so many bugs.
A Perfect Haven for Families and Furry Friends Nonotuck Park is a true gem for families and pet owners alike. From the moment you step inside, it's evident that this park has been designed with both kids and dogs in mind, making it a delightful destination for a day out.
Nonotuck Park is the crown jewel of Easthampton, and we couldn't be happier that we happened upon it. At the entrance gate, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who gave us basic information about the park. Normally there is a $3 charge for parking on the weekends, but the day we went it was free.
Nice playground for the little ones and toddlers even- clean and lots of space. The walking and hiking trails were good and the size of the park was great. Awesome park for your family early day on the weekends !

“We were lucky to spot a family of Canada geese, a kingfisher, red winged blackbirds and a chickadee on the wooded trail next to the marshy section of the pond.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
