Confirmed from North Mecklenburg Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

They have bathrooms - not portable potties. And a playground appropriate for younger ages. My 2 years could play without me worrying too much. Theres also a sandbox, swings and so much more. My 10 month old was also able to walk barefoot without getting his feet scratched like on those woodchips or rocks.

Me and my six-year-old had a great time on the mountain bike trail. You really enjoyed the pump track

I bring my grandchildren here. They enjoy it. It's well laid out. Offering something for everyone it seems. The bathrooms are clean . There are trails to walk , a sand box is a big hit, a water pad in the summer, swings, teeter totter, a big jungle gym with slides. All the kids love it.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 7 mentions

“Shelter with restrooms is available too and some shaded picnic benches as well.”
