Confirmed from North Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 3 mentions

Great place for biking, hiking, walking or jogging. Boat access areas and kayaking was a fun experience in the lake. But, do note that the lake is not a fresh water lake. Decent shelter areas to party, nice fishing spots and rentals available for kayaking and biking. I will recommend this place.

This is a great park with picnic tables and kayak rentals. It's family and pet friendly! However, parking can be challenging. We had to park 0.5 miles away from the boathouse. If you plan to rent a kayak or paddle board, I highly recommend booking online in advance to save time.

Great environment!! I went North park couple of times mostly in summer and fall. In. It’s summer and fall it has very beautiful view on decks and other places too. Awesome place to kids and also for group of people for a out door party. They have couple of parks and pavilions, they all are very clean and beautiful.

This is a fantastic and very well-maintained park. There's a great variety of amenities, including plenty of open fields, dedicated walking paths, and separate bike paths. My favorite part was walking the loop around the lake.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
