Confirmed from North Riverfront Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly destination, featuring a playground, a fishing spot and paved bike trails.
What runners say about North Riverfront Park

“It's a quiet park, with a nice bicycle lane and a good view of the Mississippi River”
Really cool bike trail that traverses many scenic and interesting areas. The trail is well paved and suitable for: Road, Race and Mountain Bikes alike. It goes past miles of amazing Graffiti Art on a flood wall, past The Gateway Arch/ National Park, past old factories, mills and train yards, and through a wildlife…
I live a few blocks west and I spend a lot of time on the trail.. I enjoy biking and hiking along the river.
So I rode from the Arch to 270 and Riverview and back. 20 miles I think. The trail is nice and smooth, safe, clean, and pleasant. In the late spring and summer there are booths and stops along the trail with free ice, snacks, and water.
I done volunteer thru a program. Putting mulch around 150 plus newly planted trees. Sorry I don't have any pictures but feel free to go walk the trail and have a sit under one of Greenway finest new life.
