This is not a destination park with a lengthy list of Instagrammable attractions. It's a pretty humble greenbelt that owes it's existence to the power lines that hover over it on their way to the substation at its eastern end.
The green belt is a very nice walking trail through North Austin neighborhoods. It is not like the Barton Creek Greenbelt or Bull Creek, it is a trail that spans several blocks through a long park with picnic tables and benches but it is not through forest, or along any creeks.
A lovely place to take a morning walk or to run your 2 miles. It's better than it has to be, considering that you're running under a long power line. You can almost forget the steel towers because there are lush trees and so many birds singing!
