We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Oaklands Tunnel Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Oaklands Tunnel Trail

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (15 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

This trail system is wonderful!! The tunnel is awesome how it connects 2 different forests and trail systems too! I can't believe there's so much beautiful wilderness a mile from home and I've just discovered it lol.

The trails were a lot fun, and the wildlife is very diverse. If the tunnel is why you go here, stay to the left at the first fork you see, it should take you over a series of long wooden bridges. It is just about half a mile to reach the tunnel. It is rather neat to walk under Rt 101!

Trail got a little confusing near powerlines we had to back track and gps Was helpful. Lots leaves coving trail which might of added to confusion. Red is marked on front and back of trees sp if you go off trail a little it can be confusing
