Confirmed from Old Mill Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Old Mill Trail
Easy, point-to-point 1 mile trail that’s nice for a leisurely walk with kids and pets. There are two starting points to choose from: the sign on Blakely Ave NE or the sign on Old Mill Road. While neither have parking spaces, there is plenty of room to pull off on the shoulder of the road at either trailhead.
