Confirmed from Oscar Frazier Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large park withs 3 ball fields, a soccer field, playground & tennis courts, plus a community center.
What runners say about Oscar Frazier Park
“Clean, cute playground with splash pad, open green space, small walking trail, exercise equipment, bathrooms, and covered picnic tables.”
Beautiful playground with turf grass, a close by restroom, plenty of bench seating, a walking path, and easily accessible parking! We'll definitely be making this a regular stop.
I LOVE this park. The Oscar Frazier park is one of my favorite places to visit in the Old Town Bluffton community, especially since I live only 1.5 miles down the road! I like to take my dog, a 2 year old Boxer to run and play here. There are two areas, seperated from each other, for dogs to play.
Dog Park with a city park. It has 3 areas: small, large, and senior. Size of each area is nice. Water available for pups, as well as waste bags and benches for 2-legs. Paved walkway thru and around city park. Restrooms available. Would visit again.
We have only come to this playground a few times, but my boys always have fun when we come. The last time we went, the playground area wasn't too busy because everyone was at the splash pad. It looked really fun. Since we weren't dressed to get wet, we didn't go in.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
