Confirmed from Otsiningo Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City green space with numerous trails, playing fields, community gardens & seasonal farmer's market.

Beautiful park right along the Chenango River. Hosts the annual Spiedie and Balloon Fest, also the Holiday light spectacular. It has Athletic fields, walking paths, children's playground, fishing pond. Relax by the river or pond. Open year round.
I came here for a nice safe place to run outside that’s paved and has some scenery. Was not disappointed. 😎☀️ Lots of parking, pavilions, playgrounds, courts, people fishing, and open spaces for family activities. While busy, it is nicely spaced out so there is some privacy if wanted.
This is a beautiful park with ample picnic areas, restroom facilities, amazing playground for the kids, walking and biking trails. The park itself has a loop walking trail that is approximately 1.25 miles. Paved, mostly flat with a few small inclines that average about a 13 foot incline.
Beautifully maintained park. Large park with several separated areas for you to enjoy. There is a playground that is current equipment, clean and well maintained. It is also set up for all ages. There are ample trails paces for bikes, running, individual or family walks and a pond off to one side.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
