Confirmed from Oversee Farm - Auburn Valley State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Oversee Farm is a nice park off of Snuff Mill Rd. in Delaware. Parking is availabile although you either need to pay or have one of the State Park passes. The path that covers most of the park is paved with some elevation changes. There are two areas you can leave the paved pass.

★★★★☆ — Brett , Mar 2023

This traditional farm has been made into a state park rather than a subdivision. The house and barn are historical and quaint. There is a very well maintained path more than 6 feet wide that allows people to pass while maintaining social distance. The parking lot is very limited in capacity.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🛣️ Paved surface 13 mentions

“The asphalt trail would make it very easy to push a stroller on the outer loop (rolling hills, about a mile), or some of the shorter paved loops (flatter).”
