This trailhead starts the eastern end of the Palatka to St. Augustine trail. Nice parking area. Bathrooms and water fountains. From this point the first mile and a half to two miles is unshaded. After that you hit the shaded part of the trail which is really nice on a hot day.
Nice paved trail with numerous shaded portions along the trail. Easy ride and not crowded at all
Trail is best for bikes but was good to stretch my legs on a day walk.
