We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Palmetto Trail Kiblers Bridge yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Absolutely love having this trailhead! It is well maintained and has beautiful views!
Nice, flat trail. It's not a scenic as some of the other parts of this passage, such as the Alston Trailhead; but it's still beautiful and quiet. Easy to find, plenty of parking, close to a few gas stations and such if you need a pitt stop before or after your walk.
Good flat trail on what appears to be old train tracks! Easy for the whole family. No real views but a neat old bridge.
This is a nice trail to walk or hike as it is very quiet and peaceful.
