Confirmed from Park Hudson Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Park Hudson Trail
“Excellent, well-maintained place for a peaceful walk in the nature.”
“It's not too long of a distance, in a really quiet area, and there are plants and birds all around you to enjoy admiring throughout the duration of your walk.”
Excellent, well-maintained place for a peaceful walk in the nature. Perfect for walking/jogging/biking or pet walking. The trail is right next to Tiffany Park. The trails has multiple entry point located on Tiffany Park, CopperField Dr, Boonville Rd, and Pendleton Dr.
I’ve walked this park before when I visited Texas, I believe it was summertime and now it isn’t. The bird activity was minimal and absolutely no creatures to be found aside from dogs. It’s a pleasant retreat from the urban landscape of town.
It's one of my favorite places around town to take a walk, and certainly my pup's favorite. It's not too long of a distance, in a really quiet area, and there are plants and birds all around you to enjoy admiring throughout the duration of your walk.
Amazing trail for birding and just going on a nice walk with your pet :)

“It’s a concrete paved trail winding through a patch of woods between an apartments and a school but it allows for a good brisk 3 mile walk.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
