Confirmed from Peach Hill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Sprawling park with winding trails, picnic tables and benches that lead to orchard-style views.

I love this park, because it features a variety of trails all of which begin in the parking lot and end at The summit. The trails are all very well maintained and offer a variety of challenge ranging from moderate to a bit on the intense side.

I loved this little park. It was quiet & not alot of people. A good place to go if you want some alone time with nature. After moving up here from a residential area of North Carolina, I was sorely missing being ALONE in nature. So tired of people always being everywhere I am. So this park was perfect.

Summit is an easy hike with kids. Lots of wild flowers, birds, bugs, benches, and the occasional rabbit. Fun family spot. There are actually peach and apple trees people pick as well. Great views.

Great nature trails for a quick workout. The trails go up a hill which will get your heart beating and when you reach the top you are rewarded with a gorgeous view. They have some trails that are more challenging than others, so you can choose your level and you are allowed to bring your pup.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

Plan your run at Peach Hill Park

The practical stuff

  • AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
