Confirmed from Pheasant Hills Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with picnic tables and a playground, plus a walking path and a pond.
What runners say about Pheasant Hills Park
“Beautiful park with newer equipment but mainly for bigger kids 8+ up!”
Beautiful place to spend some quality time with your kids. Open, and very huge. They have skateboarding areas, socker/Baseball fields, a walking/running trail and a playground for little kids. Parking is free as well.
Nice larger park. Big field for soccer or running around. Pleasant view of a pond. Nice playground, mostly geared towards kids around 10 years old. Swing set has one large latched seat (think rollercoaster, big plastic covering that goes over the head and rests on the chest so you don't fall out) for disabled children…
My parents my brother and I moved here to Dyer in 1971 and I'm glad the town took the initiative to develop this land! I walk nearly every day on the path, and certainly enjoy the local color
Nice park. Great walking path that is marked for mileage. Dyer Market is held there on Tuesdays. Good music and food!!

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
