Confirmed from Pinebrook Fit Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Pinebrook Fit Trail
“Its a nice little fitness trail thats under trees that shade most of it if not all of it so you don't get burned and dehydrated while exercising outside in the fresh air.”
Entrance and parking at 1251 Pinebrook road (Soccer complex sign, trail starts north of tennis courts and Disc Golf park). Lovely walk or jog approximately 1.3 miles, not including the interior meadow trail loop. Mostly shaded with sandy trails for low impact.
This is a great little fitness track/hike which is part of a larger complex. The trail is shaded and each station is marked and in good shape. You can choose to complete the circuit as designed or just use the path for a walk or run. I highly suggest checking it out if you are looking for a place to work out.
Very nice wooded trail that partially runs along Curry Creek and is very close to town. There are several spur trails. There is also a par course that is rarely used. But the trail is a nice quiet 30-40 minute walk. You can see turtles and alligators and lots of birds on your walk. Recommended.

“We frequently see people walking dogs (and the poo they leave behind) on the trail but have never seen anyone else doing the exercise stations.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
