Confirmed from Pinellas Trail North's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 6 mentions

“Update from my 1st post (2 years later): trail getting more crowded, but that's relative -- still quite enjoyable, and depending on day/time, remains serene.”

There are no water fountains nor bathrooms, but that's what I like about this trail. The pathway is smooth (asphalt) and having open lands on both sides presents beautiful pastoral vistas!

We have really enjoyed this trail and will continue to visit. The public parking has recently been developed and is right on Little Rd. The trail leads in two directions, with each direction offering different vantage points and scenery. Leave from the parking area and follow the trail in this direction.

I love running this trail! It is peaceful, beautiful and full of interesting wildlife.

This is the very north end of the Pinellas Trail! I think it is a great place for a bike ride. The trail is paved about 15’ wide, flat and well maintained by the county. It meanders alongside the Brooker Creek Preserve and the Duke Energy corridor. It’s usually pretty quiet with only a few people along this stretch.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
