Confirmed from Pinewoods Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular park featuring a playground, slides, basketball and tennis courts, as well as skate and baseball facilities, hiking trails and a waterfall.
What runners say about Pinewoods Park
“I have always seen it well kept and clean”
It's fun going here to hike, play or exercise! The playground equipment is a little outdated, but it's still playable! The trails bring you to some really cool waterfalls, and or a creek! Some of us always go to meet up the play Pokemon go here.
Absolutely loved it here as a kid. It's still a wonderful little park. I'd bring teenagers here. The trail isn't recommended for children. I found a condom on the trail; also found a wasp nest the hard way. The park was otherwise wonderful and would gladly go again!
A nice wooded park with a trail leading to a small waterfall that is lovely. The grounds have courts for basketball, tennis and skateboarding. A bit tricky to find if following maps directions, it is on a road behind the firehouse on rt. 9, turn at the light.
Great little park and hangout spot. It has a pretty nice skate park, along with some little nature trails. There's a little bit of everything. In the trails is a rock you can use as a slide, I've been going there since I could walk.
