We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Pinion Creek Falls yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Pinion Creek Falls
“Beautiful waterfall, comes off of a lake dam but tends to always have some water coming through under the rocks.”
What a great place to stop and see some waterfalls! I saw many mountain bike riders. It is easy to get to. You can take the trails if you want a good hike, or you can just park and walk across the street to the bridge for pictures. I went the day after a big rain.
Pinion Creek Falls is fantastic! If I had to guess, I'd say this is the second most popular waterfall in Bella Vista (Tanyard Creek Falls, being the first). They do have trade offs and I think they are both great! Pinion Creek Falls is located right off the Lake Ann dam.
Easy of the road waterfall. We didn't explore the hiking trails much. There were awesome rock formations and an awesome tree with no soil underneath but the roots driving from the stream. What a gorgeous area and result accessable.
Odd location right next to a construction or landscaping business. Free. Nice trail, the water is lovely. A few benches scattered in different spots to stop and enjoy. Plenty of rock to sit on in other spots. Parking near the waterfall is limited, uneven and eroding.

“There was not a lot of people at that time so parking on next to the falls was easy enough.”
“This means it stays highly accessible year round.”
