Confirmed from Pioneer Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly park featuring playgrounds, benches, picnic tables and trails.
What runners say about Pioneer Park
“Although some equipment may be showing its age, the park's magnificent mature oak trees and well-maintained grounds make it a popular spot for outdoor enthusiasts.”
“I go there all the time with my friends and family and it's such a beautiful place to watch a sunset!”
“The variety of play structures cater to children of all ages and interests, making it an ideal destination for families.”
When they were younger, were loved this park for the fun playground. Now that they're older, we enjoy the walking path winding through beautiful, mature oak trees. The grass is kept very nicely, and the covered picnic shelter is perfect for meet ups -- clubs, birthday parties, etc. Great park!
A lot of great activities here, the park is always very well-maintained. The walking trails are beautiful, and the playground equipment is well cared for. I love bringing my kid here. Too bad they didn't end up putting in the splash pad.
Decent playground, good tables for picnics, and a nice volleyball net really make for good get-togethers at this park. The walking path around the ponds are great for the more introverted, especially early mornings.
I enjoyed this park. Great place to bring the kids to play. Nice picnic area with plenty of picnic tables and benches for sitting and enjoying a meal or watching the kids. There's a walking path too
