Confirmed from Plum Creek Park South's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Stillness in Motion Plum Creek South is one of those rare pockets of nature that feels both quiet and alive at the same time. The open trails, gentle slopes, and surrounding woods make it an incredible space for Qi Gong, hiking, or grounding meditation.

Love this park! Paved and dirt paths, restrooms, pavilions, playground and ponds ... everything you could want!

★★★★★ — Stacie , Jan 2025

Very secluded, quiet, peaceful park. The trails were easy for a toddler and well maintained. There is a paved trail, but we went on the nature trails and had no issues. We saw some deer, chipmunks, and squirrels. I will say that I didn't see many birds, but it is September.

Very cool trails with enough trails that branch off to get some peace and quiet nature time. Lots of wildlife around every corner. Some trails are primitive and rough trekking, be careful in the fall because you can get lost quickly with leaves everywhere

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🛣️ Paved surface 8 mentions

“Added a paved trail about halfway in the one mile Plum Creek loop branching out and crossing Sleepy Hollow joining with Mooney Park.”
