Confirmed from Promenade Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a bridge, fountain, and bunnies, offering a good option for kids.

Very nice park located on the midst of Del Webb homes. Good place to take your dog for a walk around or perhaps 4 or 5 depending on your dog's size. Bridge affords nice photo location for weddings, also good location by fountain for photo shoot. Bikes and foot traffic welcomed!

Nice park for easy walks, walking your dogs or even siting & reading. Probably one of the best parks where people follow the rules & have their dogs on a leash! 👍🏽
Great place to read a book. Nice and quiet with very few people. Located in a 55+ community. Plenty of shaded area

- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadwater — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
