Confirmed from Richard A. Rutkowski Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful green space for walking, birdwatching and sports, plus sunset views.

Beautiful peaceful park, i had a picnic here we enjoyed it so much, the park is big, with different trails, lots of parking, areas to play sports, and a incredible view of the river
Awesome place to watch and photograph wildlife. Love walking down the dock and seeing what's new. Great place to take a walk and take pictures!!!
Amazing and well maintained broad walk over the pond There weren't too many people, so we had a soothing walk among the willows. The bird shelters were clean and provided an ample space to view. There are plenty of bird signs and a bridge in the background

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
