Confirmed from Rie Rie Overlook's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Rie Rie Overlook
“After i took a few photos and videos of the neat activity, i also took photos of the amazing and gorgeous scenic park that we know as today.”
Really nice viewing area of the falls and gorge at Nay Aug park. Use caution walking down to the small viewing area as the rock "stairs" in place are a little uneven and if it has or is raining, those "stairs" will be like a waterfall themselves, so watch your step.
I am in love with this gorge in specific. I have been to many trails and so far this is my number one favorite. Today i went here, i got to go into a trains tunnel, and hike all over the mountain sides.
Beautiful waterfall. It is very steep and rocky down to the viewing area off the main trail. Make sure to wear proper footwear. Big drop offs on steps. Not recommended for small children.
Beautiful overlook and it's a short little walk going down. Trails and walkways are falling apart a little, so just be careful with children.

“I love that they made it accessible to people that would normally never get to see the Gorge and at the same time I hate that it isn't like it was when I was growing up.”

- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
