It’s a place where serenity is maintained at the peak. A beautiful place to walk around the whole Lake which is around 3.6 miles circumference. If you are lucky you will get to see the Bucks & Wild Geese. There is patrolling all the time so no need to worry if you are alone too.
A very wonderful, beautiful walk around a gorgeous lake. You can encounter deer freely walking, cute chipmunks and lush greenery. It is refreshing and worth the trip!
Beautiful! Nice workout with interval type inclines if you want to get in a run or brisk walk. Views are lovely and peaceful. About 3.7 mi total around. Rt 307 access is easy to find. May get lucky to see a variety of wildlife: turkeys, deer, hawks, skunks, even a bear!
The full trail is opened now, at least during my visit. Like PA parks, it is open from sunrise to sunset. You can tell where the tornado touched down because of the lack of trees in the areas where it occurred. It is a pleasant 3.
