This is a new park that opened in December 2023. Its main feature is a picturesque, peaceful trail along the Holston River. The surrounding terrain blocks all of the road noise in the area, leaving only the sounds of the river, local birds, other visitors, and the occasional train on the tracks across the river.
Nice walk through the woods with beautiful views to the boat ramp. It would be even better if there were a porta potty available
Well groomed trails, mainly in the shade make this a great walk in a peaceful serene environment.
Beautiful .6 mile walk beside the river with seating areas along the way.
