Confirmed from Riverfront Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 6 mentions

“There were dogs on leaches going for walks with their humans and children playing on a beautiful new play structure.”

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“Lots of shade, but none above the playground (hot slides).”

This is a great place to go with your significant other, your kids, your friends, and/or your dog if you're just looking for a nice walk or to have relaxing gaze at mother nature. You could even take a little dip in the water if it's a little toasty outside.

It's such a wonderful park! Right along the river, and we even saw people fishing. There are trees of many varieties and grass as far as I can see. Every once in a while, there were benches to rest on, and watch the people of all ages jog, walk, bike, and skate by.

Great park. Nice spots to walk your dog or bring the kids to play in the park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
