Confirmed from Riverfront Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Riverside park featuring a playground, picnic tables, and public restroom, plus music concerts.
What runners say about Riverfront Park
“Clean bathrooms, playground, and a couple spots to fish.”
“Beautiful, peaceful park, with great river access, a riverside walking path and an amphitheater.”
When I was little my dad & I would go fishing from the bank of the river, I caught an 8 pound northern when I was 8 years old, so that in itself was very memorable to me. We found old bottles along the shore & even saw soft shell turtles. It was always a very special place.
This park is small but is set up pretty nice. There's a wall of giant stone you could sit on and watch the river. There's even a big trail to ride along side the river. There's also a kids playground to play in.
Got really good hiking trails that extend from the park along the river. It’s a really unique network of trails. It goes from one park all the way to another called Sibley Park.
Near the river and one can view both bridges. It has a biking trail and a huge field. It also has a playground for kids.
