Confirmed from Riverside Parks - Riverside & 96th's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (176 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“The bicycle trail is well maintained and everyone was polite on the route I explored.”

👟 good for all levels 2 mentions

“Great for single couples friends family people of all ages to gather or hang out.”

I've lived near and been walking on the trails along riverside for over 10 years and they just keep getting better. The city does try very hard to maintain these trails and keep them in good shape. I personally have never had a poor experience walking or biking on these trails, even at night.

The bicycle trail is well maintained and everyone was polite on the route I explored. my trip was about 40 miles round trip on a e bike. E bike range pedal assist at level 5 was 30 miles. The last 10 miles back was pedal and walk. Note gps maps will drain your devices so best to turn of gps to reserve power!

This is 100% great free urban wilderness; not to mention the gathering Place and the Discovery Center and all the good stuff that’s happening in Tulsa. I can be experienced right here at Riverside parks! and ride the trail, run the trail, walk the trail, skate or the trail.

Clean, lots of families around. Places to sit to eat & drink. Cool off. Only thing that concerned me was that the people on rented scooters were going to fast and too close to people walking around. One guy crashed pretty bad and nearly took out a little girl.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 7 mentions

“Restrooms are along the way as well but they can be pretty spread out so make sure to stop in one if you pass it and are planning on walking the trail for a while.”
