Confirmed from Riverview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lush green space featuring a playground, swings and a river with an access point.
What runners say about Riverview Park
My time there was great. My dog was able to run around off leash and splash in the water. Even though it's the middle of November. You got to chase the squirrels and climb the trees. At the end of our visit there a nice lady came up with a dog and my dog got to play with him.
A great paved trail for running, walking, or biking. It's a great place to take kids because it isn't too close to the water but has great views.
Trail conditions & character
“I spend most of the daylight in the summer at this place not crowded I can sneak my dogs off the key and let them jump into the water and not worry about them scaring anyone.”
“It is a excellent little Park, they don't have any facilities there to use the bathroom as such, but other than that there was absolutely nothing wrong with that little Park.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
