Wonderful bird watching of all kinds. In the spring see geese families and duck families getting their children ready for migration in the fall. Lots of eating and swimming. I saw a family of geese with seventeen chicks. If you see a bigger family please get a pic and post.
This park is gorgeous! Wow. It appears unassuming from the road, yet as soon as you approach the park you see the beginning of the beauty! There are easy trails, but you don't have to go far from the lot to see beauty.
