Confirmed from Rose Bowl Three Mile Loop's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Rose Bowl Three Mile Loop
“Very nice clean atmosphere beautiful scenery and the trail that goes besides the golf course takes you to the devil's gate dam is very fun adventure if you had to hiking”
“Great for training, if you're running at night though beware running by the trees, the roots made the road uneven, you might trip.”
I’ll usually do the loop prior to or after attending stadium events. Here’s a beautiful setting with scenery for a relatively short hike! Brookside Park and Rose Bowl Stadium lots and restrooms are available to the public.

Easy and consistent loops around the rose bowl. The ground may be uneven in some spots and elevation keeps changing depending on the direction you go but it's one long continuous loop. Great for training, if you're running at night though beware running by the trees, the roots made the road uneven, you might trip.
Popular, easy paved loop that goes around the Rose Bowl and golf course. To make it more interesting than following the paved loop, there are some dirt side trails you can take on the east and west sides of the loop. For dog walkers, there are poop bag dispensers, if you run out or forget.
