Overall thoughts: we love this park! No woodchips, lots of shade and REAL BATHROOMS! SWINGS? Yes, plenty of options, see posted photo. PLAY STRUCTURE FOR BIG/LITTLE KIDS? Yes! One for each! SHADE? Yessssss! Lots! DISTANCE FROM PARKING LOT TO THE PLAYGROUND? Right next to it, no long path to get to the playground.
Very well kept park by the city. It's more of a recreational park than a place to go for a walk. The trails are nice and surrounded by lush greenery, however, the area for walking isn't as big as some of the other city parks.
This is a lovely park. The lake is pretty small. It only takes a short time to walk around it. There are beautiful nature trails with gorgeous scenery.
My wife and I accidentally stumble upon this place and it was great! The rides, park l, playground, tennis court and trails kept us active. I love the trail that take us through the woods, that was an adventure and found this interesting bridge.
