Rothwell is awesome! There is a beautiful lake, a large playground, and several nice paved paths to walk on. I went there a couple of days ago and filmed a video by the baseball fields :) Also, there's a freaking train for kids that runs through the park 😲
Most people in moberly doesn’t even know about this water fall which is a little dry now but when it’s going it’s pretty nice ...it’s just below the spillway from Rothwell lake .it has a nice paved walking trail around the whole park .
Great local park with beautiful trails, lakes, playgrounds, camping, fishing, even archery and disc golf. Huge oak trees are everywhere, and it's a particularly gorgeous sight in late fall. We really enjoy this park and visit often. We love the variety.
We visited the park a couple of weeks ago while traveling and stopped to eat lunch. We walked on the trails and enjoyed the peak fall colors. We loved that so many others were out walking and enjoying the park.
