It is located on Route 66, but you can see it from the west bound side of i40. Galoop is the name of this giant metal loop (Gallup the name of the town it’s in+ loop). Just like all things with the mother road nostalgia, I think it’s replicated to be a giant Hot Wheels race track/loop.
