Rural hills is a beautiful old small farmstead that hosts weddings, sheepdog trials the Highland games and more. Walk around a bit on the property and you may see the Highland cows. When you pull out of the property make sure you take a right and look at that beautiful old cemetery. The rock fence is beautiful!
Visited the Rural Hill for Battle of Charlotte event. Absolutely beautiful and informative. Definitely recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about the history of the city. ⛺️🗡️💯 see you next year!
Excellent place to walk trails around the lake. We walked our dog there and had a picnic dinner by the lake at sunset. It is very beautiful!
